Our first look at Ruby Fortune Ontario

Ruby Fortune Casino appeals to Ontario players who care about game quality, thanks to a collection of 1,700+ titles drawn from a diverse set of providers such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, and Blueprint. In our testing, the platform performed reliably on both desktop and mobile, and it accepts the trusted payment options Ontarians reach for most. The minimum cashout sits at $50 — higher than the $10–$20 range most Ontario casinos use — yet on the whole the site works well for anyone who prioritizes strong games and straightforward navigation.

Games available at Ruby Fortune

Ruby Fortune Ontario carries 1,700+ real money games: more than 1,500+ slots, alongside 75+ live-dealer tables and 150+ jackpot titles. Drawing on a wide lineup of providers such as Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw, and Blueprint, the catalogue blends well-known slots with fresh releases, all inside an interface that stays easy to browse on any device.

Slot games

At Ruby Fortune Ontario you’ll find over 1,500 real money slots, which form the bulk of its 1,700+ game collection. The range stretches across many software providers, among them Games Global, Pragmatic Play, Blueprint, and Hacksaw, mixing classic reels, video slots, and more recent bonus-driven launches.

With roughly 150+ jackpot slots, the roster includes progressive jackpots and rapid jackpots along with Drops & Wins titles, spanning both big pooled prizes and quicker feature-based payouts. While testing, we spun Immortal Romance, whose character-driven bonus rounds, complete with expanding wilds, brought extra depth and built momentum as we played. It’s a nice reminder that seasoned favourites can be every bit as fun as newer, feature-packed slots.

Our 5 favourite jackpot slots

1. Immortal Romance — a veteran crowd-pleaser with strong brand recognition
2. Break Da Bank Again Megaways — a fresh spin on a well-known jackpot franchise
3. Wacky Panda — a more stripped-back jackpot slot for uncomplicated play
4. Links of Glory — a feature-centric title built around link-and-win mechanics
5. 9 Masks of Fire — a modern-looking jackpot slot with a contemporary feel

RNG table games

Ruby Fortune Ontario serves up a dependable spread of RNG table games, spanning blackjack, roulette, baccarat, video poker, and a handful of niche picks such as Sic Bo.

During our test of this section, blackjack and roulette impressed with their range, offering enough variants to rotate through without it feeling stale. Games opened quickly, betting responded well, and rounds flowed with no waiting. The layout is clean, so moving between categories never means hunting through menus.

Against casinos in Ontario such as BetMGM, the lineup isn’t quite as extensive, yet it handles the fundamentals well and comes across as more streamlined. All in all, it’s a dependable option for anyone who wants classic table games minus the fuss.

Live dealer titles

Ruby Fortune Ontario hosts 75+ live dealer games, supplied by Pragmatic Play and OnAir, spanning blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and game shows. Even though it trails Casino Days‘ 190+ live tables in size, the whole thing still comes across as smooth and dependable.

While testing the live tables, we concentrated on roulette and blackjack. Tables opened in a matter of seconds, and wagers registered right away with no lag or dropped inputs. Moving between tables was swift, and streams held steady even in busier periods. Video quality looked sharp, and the action stayed easy to follow throughout.

Arcade and bingo

Ruby Fortune Ontario includes 20 arcade-style titles plus a dedicated bingo area with 25 games. The arcade range features crash and instant win titles plus casual games, all designed for short rounds and simple mechanics, whereas bingo mixes traditional formats with slot-style reel bingo variants.

Free-play games

Ruby Fortune Casino provides demo mode on many titles, letting you play free of charge without putting real money at risk. These games are purely for entertainment and pay no winnings. Hover over a game on desktop or tap it on mobile to check whether demo mode is offered. Not every title supports it, but it’s a handy way to get familiar with the platform before you wager real cash.

Mobile and app experience

Ruby Fortune Ontario performs well on mobile, no matter whether you play in your browser or through the dedicated iOS app. In our testing, the iOS app offered fast loading, simple navigation, and smooth movement between games and banking, on par with the full desktop experience.

Android users are able to download the app straight from the Ruby Fortune website. Although the browser version already provides everything required, having casino apps available alongside mobile play choices adds flexibility based on how you like to reach the casino.

Banking: deposits and withdrawals

Ruby Fortune Casino Ontario keeps banking straightforward with a modest set of payment methods, among them PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. The $10 minimum deposit matches most Ontario casinos, though cashouts begin at $50, which is above the usual $10–$20 band, and offers less flexibility than quicker-paying sites like PlayOJO Ontario, where supported methods pay out near-instantly.

Every withdrawal passes through a compulsory 24-hour pending window before it’s processed, adding further delay to when funds arrive. After approval, speed depends on the chosen method, with PayPal being the fastest route.

Beside its sister brand Jackpot City, Ruby Fortune also comes across as more restricted. Jackpot City carries a broader selection of banking options, additional e-wallet choices included, and generally processes cashouts faster. That gap stands out if you’re accustomed to quicker payouts or greater flexibility in how you deposit and withdraw.

Help and customer support

Ruby Fortune Casino Ontario runs 24/7 customer support, yet the setup leans toward automated help rather than speaking with a person directly. The Help Centre addresses common questions well, from account creation to payments, and serves as a good starting point for basic queries.

In our live chat test, we were routed to a virtual assistant named AVA instead of a human agent. It answers quickly and poses follow-up questions to pin down your issue, but a clear answer hinges on how you word your question. There’s no clear route to reach a live agent either, which can be annoying for trickier queries.

Email support exists, though replies can be slow. In our tests it took roughly three days to get a response, which might frustrate players depending on the problem. On balance, support handles simple matters but falls short on the speed and flexibility offered by operators with direct human live chat.

Our final verdict

Ruby Fortune excels where it counts most: platform stability, game quality, and trustworthiness overall. The slot collection is extensive and the live dealer offering stays consistent, while everything performs smoothly on desktop and mobile alike. It’s a casino that comes across as polished and dependable once you start playing.

Its weakness lies on the payout front. Cashouts take longer than at many Ontario rivals because of that built-in pending window, and the $50 minimum withdrawal is above average. Support is present but would benefit from letting players reach live agents directly rather than leaning on a virtual assistant, particularly for harder questions.

All things considered, Ruby Fortune suits Ontarians who value games and a steady experience, but it’s a weaker pick if fast payouts and more direct help matter most to you.
